Complaints Policy

Last updated: September 2026

At Midlothian Foundation Repair, we are committed to doing right by every homeowner we serve. If you are ever unhappy with our work, our service, or anything about your experience with us, we want to know. This policy explains how to raise a concern and how we will handle it.

How to Make a Complaint

You can raise a complaint by calling us directly or through our Contact page. Please provide your name, contact information, the address where the work was performed, and a clear description of your concern. The more detail you can share, the faster and more effectively we can respond.

There is no time limit for raising a complaint, but we encourage you to contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can address it promptly.

How We Handle Complaints

We acknowledge every complaint quickly and aim to respond substantively within a reasonable timeframe. A member of our team will review the details, may visit the property to inspect the concern, and will work with you toward a fair resolution.

We take every complaint seriously and use them as an opportunity to improve. You will not be charged for a follow-up visit to assess a genuine concern about work we have performed.

Resolution

Where a complaint relates to work we have performed, we will assess whether the issue falls within the scope of our written agreement for that project and work to resolve it accordingly. Our goal is a fair outcome — if something is wrong with our work, we want to make it right.

If we determine that an issue stems from conditions outside the scope of our work, we will explain our findings clearly and, where possible, recommend next steps.

If You Are Still Not Satisfied

If, after we have reviewed and responded to your complaint, you remain unsatisfied, you may pursue other available remedies, including contacting appropriate consumer protection authorities in Virginia. We will cooperate fully with any such process.

Our Commitment

We are a local business serving our own community, and our reputation depends on treating homeowners fairly. Raising a complaint will never affect how you are treated, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right when something falls short.

Contact

To make a complaint or discuss a concern, please contact us through our Contact page or by phone. We are ready to listen and help.
