Midlothian Foundation Repair is a local crew, and we run the business the way we'd want a company to treat our own families. That means the person who inspects your home is the same kind of person who'll be doing the work — not a salesperson on commission. We take the time to explain what we find, we keep the jobsite clean, and we treat your home like we'll see you again, because in this community we probably will.
We hire for honesty and care as much as for skill. Foundation and waterproofing work happens in people's homes, often during stressful moments, so we look for people who can communicate plainly, respect the space they're working in, and do the job right even when nobody's watching. We're building a team that takes pride in solid, lasting work over quick fixes.
